HART is devoted to supporting the lives of those facing short-term obstacles in the Highland surrounding area.
Our mission is to be an advocate for those individuals and their families and provide them with volunteer, educational and financial support.
Referral Process
Hart can be contacted by phone or sent the Referral/Client survey. The board will decide if the requests fits the services of HART. Client will be contacted and arrangements made.
